ProudPay helps businesses explore merchant-service options and submit an inquiry for follow-up. ProudPay is not a bank, payment processor, acquiring institution, or underwriter. It does not hold merchant settlement funds, provide a merchant account, or decide whether a business will be approved.

Your inquiry

Submit accurate information about a business you are authorized to represent. An inquiry is not a full merchant-account application, an approval, or a commitment to purchase services. Do not submit passwords, card data, sensitive identification documents, or private customer information. Do not use the website to send unlawful material, impersonate another person, or interfere with its operation.

Provider decisions and agreements

With the permission requested on the form, merchant-service inquiries may be shared with our payment processing partners. Eligibility, pricing, reserves, processing limits, funding schedules, features, and support arrangements depend on the relevant provider and banking partners. Availability can change.

Any services you choose are governed by the agreements with the provider supplying them. Read those agreements and clarify fees, responsibilities, and cancellation terms before committing. ProudPay does not guarantee an approval, a particular rate, a processing limit, or an approval timeframe.
