From inquiry to a clearer next step
How ProudPay Works
Start with a few details about your business. ProudPay helps introduce your request to payment specialists so you can discuss the requirements and options that apply to you.
No obligation. No guaranteed approval.

1. Tell us about your business
Use the inquiry form to share what you sell, your approximate monthly processing volume, and how to reach you. Include the issue you want to solve, whether that is a declined application, recurring billing, an online checkout, or a change to your current setup.
This is an initial inquiry, not a complete merchant-account application. Please do not upload or enter bank credentials, card numbers, identification documents, or private customer information. If documents are needed later, the processing team will explain the appropriate next step.
2. Connect with the processing team
Discuss your needs with our payment processing partners. A specialist can discuss your business model, current payment tools, and intended transactions. Be ready to explain when customers pay, when you deliver, and any previous processing concerns.
The specialist will tell you what additional information may be required. Requirements and timing depend on your business and the proposed provider. A conversation is not an approval, and no payment method is automatically available to every industry.
3. Review the options and decide
If an option is available, review the complete proposal before agreeing to anything. Ask about fees, reserves, funding arrangements, limits, contract length, equipment, software, and support. Make sure the account permits your intended products and sales channels.
If you choose to proceed and the provider approves the application, onboarding takes place with the service provider. Your provider will explain setup, funding schedules, and ongoing support.
Come prepared with the questions that matter
Keep the first conversation practical. You can ask which services fit your business, what documents are needed, whether existing tools are compatible, and who will support the account. There is no obligation to accept a proposed service simply because you submitted an inquiry.
- What would prevent my business from qualifying?
- What are the full costs and account conditions?
- What must happen before I can start accepting payments?
- Who will I contact for account and technical support?
