Describe the business as it operates

Have your website, legal business name, operating locations, product or service description, and sales channels ready. Explain anything a reviewer might not understand from the homepage alone.

Explain the transaction pattern

Note expected monthly volume, typical and largest transaction values, recurring billing, deposits, and any delay between payment and delivery. Distinguish estimates from actual processing history.

Summarize previous processing

If you already process cards, know your current provider, recent volume, refunds, and disputes. Explain previous declines or closures accurately.

Prepare questions about the offer

Ask about all fees, settlement timing, reserves, contract terms, cancellation, technical integrations, and support. Ask which terms are fixed and which may change.

Use the right channel for documents

Initial enquiry forms should collect basic details. Wait for the provider’s secure process before sending statements, identification, or sensitive records.
