Your information
Privacy Notice
This notice explains how ProudPay handles information collected through proudpay.com. Updated October 26, 2026.

ProudPay and your inquiry
ProudPay helps businesses find and apply for merchant accounts through our payment processing partners. We collect business inquiries and use the information as described in this notice. Contact our website team through the Contact page with questions about your information.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, business email, industry, approximate processing volume, and business country. You may also provide a phone number, website, and a message. We record the consent submitted with your inquiry. Please do not submit card numbers, bank credentials, identification documents, medical information, or private customer records.
How the information is used
We use your information to review and respond to your request, understand your merchant-services needs, keep a record of the inquiry, and manage follow-up. Inquiries are stored in the website’s WordPress form system. Website administrators can review them in the form inbox.
Sharing information with our partners
With the consent requested on the form, we may share your submitted business and contact information with our payment processing partners so they can contact you about your request and discuss suitable options. Partners and any provider you choose handle information under their own privacy notices and agreements. Submitting an inquiry does not itself create a processing account.
The website also relies on hosting, security, and website-software services to store and operate the site. Information may be processed by those services as necessary for their functions. We use privacy requests to respond to your information-handling questions, not to request merchant services on your behalf.
Technical data and browser storage
Website hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times. Forms may record the page where an inquiry began and campaign parameters included in the link you followed. This information can help identify the source of an inquiry and protect the website from abuse.
The website uses functionality needed for its forms, administration, and security. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser, although blocking essential functions may affect the site. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ practices.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit a form and can ask us to stop following up, correct an inquiry, or delete information associated with it. Use the Contact page and describe the request in the message field; identify the email address used for the original inquiry. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Applicable rights and any exceptions depend on the circumstances and law.
Information may need to remain in operational or backup records while it is relevant to an inquiry, a legitimate recordkeeping need, security, or a legal obligation. This notice does not promise immediate removal from backups.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes to the website or its practices. The date above identifies the latest update. Please review the notice before submitting a new inquiry.
